We had to stop here on our way through town after reading all of the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Possibly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had! We ordered two Sages on cauliflower bread and they were amazing. Also a bacon egg panini on a croissant as well as a plain croissant. Both received rave reviews from our daughters. Great latte as well. The owner is a one-woman show and she was so friendly. Really didn't have to wait too long and even if we had, it would have been worth the wait.

Went this morning and got the sage breakfast Sando which was delicious. We got a latte that came with 4 shots which is amazing we usually have to +1 and pay more. The sweetener was good and not too much as we prefer 1/2 sweet or less. And they cherry on top was the lovely lady who gave great service and gave both of our dogs fancy pup cups. Great stop so much better than any fast food chain and it's super close to the highway so it's not any further out of the way than another spot. They're clearly dog friendly and a GEM out on our road trip cross country. 11/10 would recommend you should definitely check this little local spot out!

We stopped here driving back to Utah from Vedauwoo. It's drive through only, but the weather outside was wonderful, and there were free and shady picnic tables. The server was super kind, and even took our food out to us instead of making us wait in the drive through. The absolute highlight was the pup cup and chunky monkey dog treats. The pup cup was a generous amount of desiccated meat on a bed of whipped cream, which our elderly dog loved. The treats are at a great price for a large quantity, and our dog, who usually turns her nose up and treats she isn't interested in (she won't even eat eggs anymore unless we hand feed her!) was very happy to take them. In fact, she protested leaving and needed to be carried to the car! Probably our dog's single favorite restaurant ever. The cold brew, drip, and chai were all fine--not stupendous, but tasty and as advertised. I quite liked the Florentine breakfast sandwich, though it was served on bread instead of the advertised croissant. I would absolutely order it again, my only complaint being that it was a bit small! The Sundance was pretty good--it would be a meh in California, but it's hard to find decent vegetarian food in Wyoming. It was also absolutely heaping with vegetables!

OMG this place is amazing! There was literally a lady in line with a goat! The gal who served me was just so patient and kind too. It was beautiful. I swear I'm gonna try and take this feeling with me into the rest of the day! The food is good too! The momma breakfast panini is so good. And the latte. Ohh the latte. It's the best latte I've had in a while. Everything was good. I'm from Rawlins. Visit a few times a year and I will definitely be back!
